Cancellation and Refund Policy

How to cancel your subscription and when you may request a refund.

Last updated: 2026-07-28

Because the product is digital content supplied immediately, there is NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU). This does not affect your statutory remedies if the product is defective.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all digital subscriptions purchased through PriceAlgo and forms an integral part of the Distance Selling Agreement.

2. The Product and Its Supply

The product is digital content consisting of invite-only TradingView indicators and access to the web terminal. There is no physical delivery. Supply is complete once access is granted to your account, which happens immediately after payment is confirmed.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

3.1. You may cancel at any time, without giving a reason and without contacting support: Member Panel → Settings → My Subscription → 'Stop automatic renewal'. It takes effect immediately and stops the next automatic charge. If you paid by card through Whop, you can also do the same from Whop's billing management page.

3.2. Cancellation does not cut off access immediately: your access continues unchanged until the end of the period you have paid for. The exact end date is shown in Settings → My Subscription. On that date indicator access is removed automatically and your account returns to Basic; your account is not deleted and you may subscribe again at any time.

3.3. Cancellation gives no pro-rata refund for the current period — in return, you keep access for the whole of it.

3.4. An order whose payment has not yet completed may be cancelled as long as access has not been granted.

3.5. Payments made in USDT (TRC20) are one-off and do not renew automatically. There is nothing to cancel; access simply ends when the period expires and no further charge is made.

4. When a Refund May Be Requested

Although there is no right of withdrawal, your statutory remedies for non-conformity remain. You may request a refund where:

  • Payment was taken but indicator access was never granted and this cannot be remedied within a reasonable time
  • The software does not technically function and the fault cannot be resolved by us
  • The service differs materially from what was advertised at the time of purchase
  • You were charged twice for the same period

We will first attempt repair or re-performance at no cost; if the problem cannot be resolved, the fee is refunded.

4.1. Refunds at the Seller's Own Initiative

Beyond the cases listed above, the SELLER may issue a full or partial refund at its own discretion and without assuming any obligation to do so, in particular where:

  • there has been a technical failure, outage or inability to deliver the service attributable to the SELLER
  • access was granted late or the service could not be provided to the advertised extent
  • a duplicate, erroneous or incorrectly priced charge was taken
  • a goodwill resolution is appropriate in the interest of customer satisfaction

This clause creates no right for the BUYER, and the fact that a refund has been granted in one case does not mean one will be granted in comparable cases; it sets no precedent. All rights, defences and claims of the SELLER arising from applicable law are reserved.

4.2. Conformity of Digital Content

For consumers habitually resident in the European Economic Area, Directive (EU) 2019/770 on digital content and digital services applies. The SELLER is responsible for supplying the digital content in conformity with the contract and for keeping it in conformity for the duration of the subscription; for a continuous supply this obligation lasts throughout the contract period. Where a lack of conformity becomes apparent within one year of supply, the burden of proof that the content was in conformity at the time of supply lies with the SELLER. These rules apply irrespective of, and are not limited by, the application periods set out below.

5. Situations Not Covered

  • Trading losses, failure to achieve expected profit, or market movements
  • Subjective reasons such as 'I didn't like it', 'I didn't use it', 'I no longer need it'
  • An incorrect TradingView username supplied by you and not corrected
  • Problems caused by your internet connection, device or browser
  • Restrictions applied to your account by TradingView, or outages on that platform
  • Termination of access due to sharing, copying or otherwise misusing the licence
  • Accounts closed for abuse of reward, points or referral mechanisms

6. How and When to Apply

6.1. Send your request within a reasonable time of discovering the defect, by e-mail to support@pricealgo.ai or by opening a support ticket in your member panel.

6.2. Please include the e-mail address of your account, the payment date and amount, a technical description of the problem and a screenshot where available.

6.3. Requests are resolved within 14 days at the latest and the outcome is confirmed in writing. Any longer statutory periods available to you as a consumer are unaffected.

7. Refund Process

7.1. Approved refunds are made using the same payment method and currency, within 14 days of approval at the latest.

7.2. Processing times imposed by your bank or payment institution fall outside that period.

7.3. Refunds of USDT (TRC20) payments are sent to the wallet address the payment came from. Network fees and exchange-rate differences at the time of refund may be deducted; we accept no liability for value differences caused by crypto-asset price volatility.

7.4. When a refund is approved, indicator access and membership rights end immediately.

8. Chargebacks

If something goes wrong, please contact us first — we aim to resolve issues quickly. In the case of unjustified chargebacks we reserve the right to submit the relevant transaction and account records to the payment institution and to suspend the account. This does not restrict your right as a consumer to approach your payment provider.
