Terms of Use

1. Scope and Acceptance

1.1. These Terms apply to https://pricealgo.ai, the PriceAlgo web terminal, the TradingView indicators and all related services operated by .

1.2. By accessing the site or using the services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them you may not use the site.

1.3. We may amend these Terms only for a valid reason (changes in law, mandatory technical changes to the infrastructure, security requirements, or an extension of the service) and only with prospective effect. Material changes are notified by e-mail and on the site at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a change you may terminate your subscription free of charge before it takes effect, and the fee for the paid but unused part of the period is refunded pro rata. Silence alone is not acceptance: acceptance occurs only if you continue to use the service after notification and do not exercise your right to terminate.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity. Minors may not open accounts or purchase subscriptions.

2.2. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use.

2.3. One person may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit rewards, points or referral mechanisms is prohibited.

3. Nature of the Service

PriceAlgo is technical-analysis and EDUCATIONAL software; it is not an investment firm and provides no financial service of any kind. It holds no regulatory licence and does not carry on investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage or custody activities. No indicator, signal, score, scan result, optimisation output or commentary constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer or invitation in respect of any financial instrument. Content is general, is not tailored to your financial situation or risk tolerance, and no suitability assessment is performed. All trading decisions and their consequences are EXCLUSIVELY yours.

PRICEALGO GIVES NO GUARANTEE OF PROFIT, RETURN, INCOME OR SUCCESS RATE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. The subscription fee buys a right to use software and carries no promise of any financial outcome. Past performance is not an indicator of future results.

3.1. The optimisation and scanning tools evaluate large numbers of parameter combinations against historical price data. When many combinations are tested it is mathematically inevitable that some of the best-looking results arise from chance alone (overfitting). Backtested results do not fully reflect commissions, slippage, funding costs or the risk that an order cannot be filled.

3.2. Crypto-assets and leveraged derivatives carry a high risk of loss; you may lose the entire amount you invest. Leverage magnifies that risk.

4. Licence and Intellectual Property

4.1. All software, indicator algorithms, source code, design, text, graphics, logos and trade marks on the site and in the terminal belong to the SELLER or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law.

4.2. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive right of use for the duration of your subscription.

4.3. The following are expressly prohibited: copying, reproducing, distributing, renting or reselling the software; reverse-engineering, decompiling or deriving the algorithms; sharing indicator access with third parties; and reproducing the content or building an imitative product.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service:

• For any unlawful purpose, or to encourage others to act unlawfully
• In breach of applicable law or the rights of third parties
• To upload or transmit malware, viruses or malicious code
• To harvest data systematically by automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) or to place load on our endpoints beyond reasonable use
• To circumvent security measures, attempt unauthorised access, or evade rate limits
• To collect or track other people's personal data
• To impersonate others, supply false information or post misleading reviews
• To harass, insult, discriminate against, threaten or express hatred towards others

Breach may result in suspension or closure of your account without refund.

6. User Content

6.1. You are solely responsible for content you post in the community area, reviews and support tickets. IP records are retained as required by applicable law.

6.2. You grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable licence to use, reproduce and display your content for the limited purposes of operating and promoting the service. This does not transfer ownership.

6.3. We may remove unlawful, misleading or non-compliant content but are under no general obligation to monitor content in advance.

6.4. No reward, Points or benefit of any kind is given in exchange for site reviews; they are entirely voluntary. Misleading reviews and reviews not based on genuine experience are not published.

7. Referral and Partner Programmes

7.1. Participation in referral and exchange-partner programmes is subject to the rules published on the relevant pages. Where fake accounts, self-referral or similar abuse is detected, all rewards earned are forfeited.

7.2. Commission discounts under exchange partnerships are set by the relevant exchange; we do not warrant their continued availability.

8. Changes and Interruptions

8.1. We may modify, improve or discontinue any part of the service. If a paid feature is permanently withdrawn, we will refund the portion of the fee corresponding to the remaining period or extend the subscription accordingly.

8.2. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or of any particular performance level. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law the service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'.

9.2. We are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or revenue, loss of data, trading losses or opportunity costs.

9.3. Our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4. These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, death or personal injury, or where mandatory consumer rights apply.

10. Termination

10.1. You may terminate your subscription and account at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of a period already paid for.

10.2. We may terminate immediately in the event of a material breach of these Terms.

10.3. Rights and obligations that arose before termination, together with the intellectual property, liability and dispute provisions, survive termination.

11. Governing Law

11.1. Turkish law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory protective rules of a consumer's country of habitual residence.

E-mails and support tickets are answered within 24-48 hours. This may take longer at busy times, in which case you will be informed. Statutory deadlines stated in the relevant sections apply to formal applications (GDPR/KVKK requests, refund claims).

Support is limited to technical matters: access, setup, billing and use of the software. Our support team does not provide investment advice and will not answer questions about which asset to buy, when to enter a trade, or what position size to use.
