Cookie Policy

Which cookies we use, why, which ones require your consent, and how to change your choice.

1. What Cookies Are

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a site. Cookies keep you signed in, remember preferences and help measure how the site is used.

2. Legal Basis

Under the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC and the GDPR, your PRIOR, INFORMED CONSENT is required for every cookie that is not strictly necessary to provide the service you requested. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent; without them the site cannot function.

3. Cookies We Use

3.1. Strictly necessary (no consent required)

  • Session cookie (authjs.session-token / __Secure-authjs.session-token) — keeps you signed in. Duration: session. Without it the member area is inaccessible.
  • CSRF token (authjs.csrf-token) — protects form submissions against cross-site request forgery. Duration: session.
  • Consent cookie (pa_consent) — remembers your cookie choice; without it the banner would reappear on every page. Duration: 6 months.

3.2. Consent-based

  • Referral / attribution cookie (pa_ref) — if you arrived through a member's invitation link (/r/CODE), records which member referred you until you register, so that the referral reward goes to the right person. Duration: 30 days. Because its purpose is marketing attribution it is NOT strictly necessary and is written only if you consent. If you decline, the site works fully; only the referral reward cannot be attributed.

4. Measurement

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure page views and performance. These tools DO NOT USE COOKIES and do not create a fingerprint identifying individual users, so they do not fall within the consent-based category.

5. Third-Party Embeds

Educational videos are embedded through the privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com); no YouTube cookie is set unless you actually PLAY a video. Once you play it, YouTube may set its own cookies and Google's privacy policy applies to that processing.

6. Changing Your Choice

You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time via the 'Cookie preferences' link in the footer. You may also delete or block cookies in your browser settings — but blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Contact and Support

Any question, objection, request or complaint regarding this document may be sent to support@pricealgo.ai.

You can also open a ticket from the Support section of your member panel, where the entire correspondence is recorded and can be tracked.

E-mails and support tickets are answered within 24-48 hours. This may take longer at busy times, in which case you will be informed. Statutory deadlines stated in the relevant sections apply to formal applications (GDPR/KVKK requests, refund claims).

Support is limited to technical matters: access, setup, billing and use of the software. Our support team does not provide investment advice and will not answer questions about which asset to buy, when to enter a trade, or what position size to use.
