1. What PriceAlgo Is

PriceAlgo is TECHNICAL-ANALYSIS AND EDUCATIONAL SOFTWARE that performs mathematical calculations on crypto-asset price data. Every output it produces — indicator, signal, arrow, level, score, scan list, optimisation result, scenario table or commentary — is the result of formulas applied to past price movements.

Your subscription fee buys the right to use that software. It does not buy a financial service, advice, portfolio management or any promise of return.

2. What PriceAlgo Is NOT

We state the following expressly:

• PriceAlgo is NOT AN INVESTMENT FIRM. It holds no licence from the Turkish Capital Markets Board (SPK) under Capital Markets Law No. 6362.
• We do NOT provide INVESTMENT ADVICE. Investment advice may lawfully be given only by licensed firms, under a written client agreement, taking the client's individual risk and return preferences into account.
• We do NOT provide PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT. We have no authority over your assets, no access to your accounts, and we never place orders on your behalf.
• We are NOT A BROKER. We do not receive, transmit or execute orders and do not act as an intermediary in any transaction.
• We provide NO CUSTODY. At no point do we hold, store or control your crypto-assets, funds or private keys.
• We are NOT A CRYPTO-ASSET SERVICE PROVIDER. We do not operate a trading platform, wallet, transfer or exchange service.
• Under EU law we are NOT an investment firm within the meaning of Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II) and are not authorised to provide investment services or ancillary services. We are likewise NOT authorised as a crypto-asset service provider under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA).
• We are NOT a payment institution or electronic money institution. Payments are processed by licensed payment service providers.
• We do NOT manage a fund, collective investment undertaking or similar vehicle. There is no profit-sharing, capital-raising or pooling of investments.
• We do NOT provide TAX, LEGAL or ACCOUNTING advice.

Accordingly, NO CLIENT-ADVISER RELATIONSHIP, agency relationship or fiduciary duty arises between us. You are a user of software, not our advisory client.

3. All Content Is Educational and Informational

ALL CONTENT — the website, terminal, education section, community area, social media accounts, live streams, newsletters and support correspondence — is provided solely for general information and education.

It is designed to EXPLAIN how technical-analysis concepts work, what indicators measure and how risk management is structured. It does NOT recommend that any particular asset be bought, sold or held.

No content has been prepared having regard to your financial situation, income, savings, investment experience, risk tolerance, investment horizon or objectives. We do not know you and we perform NO suitability or appropriateness assessment. Without such an assessment, no information provided can constitute personal advice.

4. Signals and Indicators Are Not Recommendations

Words and symbols such as 'BUY', 'SELL', 'LONG', 'SHORT', directional arrows, colour changes, target and stop levels, scores and scan results shown in the terminal or in the TradingView indicators are PURELY MATHEMATICAL OUTPUTS.

They are not a recommendation addressed to you by a person or institution; they are the automatic result of a predefined formula applied to current price data. The word 'BUY' appearing on screen does NOT mean that PriceAlgo is telling you to buy.

Terms such as 'AI', 'signal', 'scanner', 'optimisation' or 'suggestion' used in feature names or interfaces may not be construed as indicating that an output is advice. They are technical product names.

The decision that stands between an indicator producing an alert and you opening a position is entirely yours, and we play no part in and bear no responsibility for that decision.

5. Decisions Are Exclusively Yours

Every position you open, close or decline to open using the software, and every size, leverage level, entry, target and stop-loss you set, is EXCLUSIVELY YOUR OWN DECISION.

You are entirely free to act on an output, act on part of it, ignore it or do the opposite, and all consequences of that choice are yours.

Before trading you should do your own research, verify data from independent sources and, where appropriate, consult a LICENSED AND INDEPENDENT investment adviser, accountant or lawyer.

Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, with borrowed funds or credit, or with resources set aside for essential needs.

6. No Guarantee of Profit or Success

Past performance is NOT an indicator or guarantee of future results.

Backtest results, win rates, profit factors, scores and optimisation outputs shown on the site are HYPOTHETICAL. Hypothetical results have known and unavoidable limitations:

• They are calculated with the benefit of hindsight and without real money at risk
• They do not fully reflect commissions, slippage, funding costs, spreads, or the risk that an order is not filled at all or not at the intended price
• They do not model insufficient liquidity, exchange outages or sudden price gaps
• They contain none of the psychological pressure (fear, greed, failure to follow a plan) that is decisive in live trading

Optimisation tools select, from a very large number of parameter combinations, the one that performed best in the past. Statistically, the more combinations tested, the more certain it becomes that part of the apparent edge is PURE CHANCE (overfitting). No assurance is therefore given — and none can be given — that a setting which performed well historically will behave the same way in future.

7. Market, Leverage and Liquidation Risk

Crypto-assets are highly volatile; prices can move sharply and unpredictably in a short time. You may lose the ENTIRE amount you invest.

In leveraged derivatives, leverage magnifies LOSSES as well as gains and can wipe out your margin entirely and cause forced liquidation. With some products, losses may EXCEED the margin you deposited.

Additional risks include exchange insolvency or withdrawal suspension, smart-contract vulnerabilities, network outages, attacks, projects becoming worthless, regulatory change and market manipulation.

Leverage, target and stop values shown in the tools are NOT recommendations; they are technical scales reflecting the historical volatility of the setting concerned.

8. Data Sources and Accuracy

Market data is obtained from third parties (exchange APIs and data providers). Its accuracy, completeness, timeliness and continuity CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.

We accept no liability for incorrect outputs caused by delayed, incomplete, erroneous or missing data. Calculation errors and software defects are also possible; we do not warrant that the software is error-free.

Some indicators may change their signal before the candle closes (repainting). Where this applies it is stated in the relevant tool; historical performance may therefore appear better than what was actually obtainable in real time.

9. Conflicts of Interest and Material Connections

In the interests of transparency we disclose the following:

• Under our exchange partnership programme we may receive COMMISSION from exchanges on the trading activity of users who register through our referral links. This does not constitute a recommendation of any exchange and is no assurance as to that exchange's security or continued operation.
• That revenue is linked to your trading volume. When evaluating our content you should therefore take into account the existence of a structural incentive that could encourage more frequent trading. Notwithstanding this, the tools are designed to support decision quality, not to increase trading frequency.
• Members receive rewards under the referral programme; the fact that a member invited you may mean their opinion of PriceAlgo is not impartial.
• Our team or connected persons may hold their own positions in assets discussed on the site. Such positions are not notified, and you should not assume that content is directed towards benefiting them.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Content

We are not responsible for the availability of TradingView, exchanges, data providers or payment institutions, nor for restrictions they apply to your account, rule changes or technical failures. Their own terms and policies apply.

Posts and comments by members in the community area are the personal opinions of their authors and are NOT the views, endorsement or advice of PriceAlgo. Nothing members say to one another may be treated as advice.

We are not responsible for the content of external links.

11. Geographic Restrictions and Compliance

Crypto-asset transactions, leveraged derivatives or the use of particular platforms may be restricted or prohibited in your country. The service does not constitute an invitation to engage in any activity that is unlawful where you are.

It is EXCLUSIVELY YOUR responsibility to comply with the law applicable to you and to obtain any necessary permissions. If local law prevents you from using the service, you must not use it.

12. Tax

You are responsible for determining, calculating and reporting any tax arising from your transactions. We give no advice on this and you should consult your own tax adviser.

13. Reviews and Past Results

Reviews and experiences shared on the site reflect the INDIVIDUAL experience of the people who wrote them. They do not represent typical results and are not an indication that you will achieve anything similar. Your results may differ materially. They are written voluntarily, with no reward or benefit given in exchange.

14. Scope of Liability

We accept no liability for trading losses, loss of profit, opportunity cost or indirect damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the software. Details of the liability limits are in section 9 of the Terms of Use.

Nothing in this notice limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any liability that mandatory consumer law does not permit to be excluded.
